Surfing for charity
When your budget forces you to make cutbacks, where do you begin? Many people start with visits to coffee shops or dining out. Others are forced to reduce charitable giving. That's a shame. But it doesn't mean that you can't give back to others.
You can volunteer for your favorite charity or help with fund-raising. Or, you can spend more time surfing the Web.
You read that right. Microsoft's Search and Give site will help you raise money for your favorite charity. All you need do is sign in and surf the Web!
Once you sign in with your Microsoft Live ID, pick from a list of organizations. Or, select one from a database of over 1 million charities.
Want to raise money for your child's school? You can do that, too! You'll earn a penny per search. That's not a lot. So ask your friends and family to join in. That should get things rolling! This is the Site www.searchandgive.com |
